QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Are children made illegitimate by an annulment?

No!   An annullment of a marriage is only a statement that the marriage was not valid in the eyes of the Church.   That is to say, it was not a sacramental marriage.   It has no bearing on the legitimacy of the children, which is a civil and legal standing.
